VRA Advises Electrical Cable Specialists on its Sale to Camp Lake Capital
VRA is pleased to announce the sale of Electrical Cable Specialists Inc. ("ECS" or the "Company") to Camp Lake Capital ("Camp Lake"). VRA acted as the exclusive financial advisor to ECS. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
ECS
is the dominant electrical cable supplier to the U.S. and Canadian transit
markets, including the growing high-speed rail sector, and is the only U.S.
distributor with a combined presence in transit, power and industrial markets.

diverse customer base.
