VRA Partners Advises Union Corrugating Company on its Sale to Industrial Opportunity Partners
VRA Partners, LLC is pleased to announce that Union Corrugating Company ("Union" or the "Company"), a leading manufacturer and distributor of metal roofing systems and a portfolio company of Chicago Growth Partners ("CGP"), has been acquired by Industrial Opportunity Partners ("IOP"). VRA Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Union and CGP. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Union is a leading manufacturer of metal roofing systems and roofing components. The Company is based in Fayetteville, North Carolina with 10 additional low-cost, efficient manufacturing and distribution facilities located throughout the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest U.S. Union has approximately 280 employees spanning its 11 facilities. Union's products are used in residential, commercial and post frame/agricultural applications.
