VRA Partners Advises Invincible Boat Company on its Majority Recapitalization with EagleTree Capital
VRA Partners, LLC is pleased to announce that Invincible Boat Company, Inc. ("Invincible" or the "Company"), a premium high-performance saltwater fishing boat brand, has completed a majority recapitalization with EagleTree Capital. The Company's founder, Alex Lipworth, will continue to guide product development, serve on the Company's board of directors, and retain a significant stake in the Company. VRA Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Invincible. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Since its inception in 2006, Invincible quickly gained recognition as the highest performing and best built brand in the market. The Company's current product portfolio includes eight semi-custom models ranging from 33' to 42' in both monohull and catamaran designs. Invincible's boats are manufactured in-house at its Miami-based facility and sold through a network of dealers along the Gulf and Atlantic coasts, as well as directly from its Miami headquarters. With the infusion of new capital and resources, Invincible plans to accelerate growth by continuing to invest in new product development, expand its manufacturing capacity and further enhance its customer experience and dealer support systems.
