VRA Advises Peak Pavement Group, a Portfolio Company of Mangrove Equity Partners, on the Acquisitions of HD Sealcoating and Maintain It All
VRA Partners, LLC is pleased to announce that Peak Pavement Group ("Peak Pavement"), a portfolio company of Mangrove Equity Partners, LP ("Mangrove"), has acquired HD Sealcoating & Paving Solutions, LLC ("HD Sealcoating") of Southeast Michigan, and Maintain It All, LLC ("Maintain It All") of Southeast Pennsylvania. VRA Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Peak Pavement and Mangrove on the transactions.
Headquartered in Southeast Michigan, Peak Pavement brings
together a growing family of high-quality pavement maintenance businesses
focused on asphalt sealcoating, crack filling, and asphalt and concrete repair.
The platform traces its roots to 2024, when Mangrove partnered with Rocky
Ricelli, founder of A&R Sealcoating, LLC ("A&R"). As the parent company
of A&R, and now HD Sealcoating and Maintain It All, Peak Pavement aims to
build one of the nation's largest pure-play pavement maintenance providers,
with additional partnerships already in advanced discussions.
