Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 2026   |   Last Updated: July 2026

Introduction

VRA Partners, LLC ("VRA Partners," "we," "our," or "us") operates the website vrapartners.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our Site, and explains your choices regarding that information, including your right to manage cookie and tracking preferences.

We are committed to transparency about the technologies we use. This policy is intended to provide you with clear, accurate notice of all tracking technologies deployed on this Site.

Information We Collect

When you visit our Site, certain information is collected automatically through the technologies described below. This may include:

  • Your IP address (a unique numerical identifier assigned to your internet-connected device)
  • Browser type, version, and language settings
  • Device type and operating system
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs
  • A persistent client identifier used to recognize returning visitors across sessions

We also collect information you provide voluntarily, such as your name and email address when you submit a contact form on the Site. Contact form submissions are transmitted via Mailgun to VRA Partners staff and are not stored by our website platform after transmission.

For purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and other U.S. state privacy laws, the information described above falls within the following statutory categories of personal information: identifiers (such as your IP address and a persistent client identifier); internet or other electronic network activity information (such as pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and browsing behavior on the Site); and, if you submit a contact form, identifiers and contact details such as your name and email address.

We collect this information from the following categories of sources: directly from you (for example, when you complete a contact form) and automatically from your device and browser through the tracking technologies described below.

We do not intentionally collect “sensitive personal information” as defined under the CCPA (such as government identifiers, precise geolocation, or account log-in credentials), and we do not use personal information to infer characteristics about you.

Tracking Technologies We Use

The following table discloses all third-party tracking technologies currently deployed on this Site. Each tool may collect certain data about your visit as described below.

Vendor Domain Purpose Data Collected Retention Opt-Out
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) google-analytics.com Analytics: measures site traffic and visitor behavior Page URL, page title, persistent client identifier, session ID, browser and device metadata Up to 14 months (configurable) tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
Google Tag Manager googletagmanager.com Tag management: controls loading of analytics and other scripts No independent data collection; manages other tags listed here N/A policies.google.com/privacy
Cloudflare Web Analytics cloudflareinsights.com Analytics: aggregate page performance and visit metrics Page load metrics, aggregate visit counts. No cookies or persistent identifiers set. 90 days cloudflare.com/privacypolicy

Note: All tracking tools listed above, including Google Tag Manager, are gated behind our consent management platform and do not load, fire, or transmit any data until you have affirmatively provided consent via the cookie consent banner presented on your first visit. Only strictly necessary technologies required to operate the Site, which do not track you across other websites, may operate without consent.

Your Consent Choices

When you first visit our Site, you will be presented with a cookie consent banner that allows you to accept or decline non-essential tracking technologies. No analytics or tracking scripts will load until you have made a choice.

You may change your preferences at any time by clicking the "Manage Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of every page on this Site. This will reopen the consent panel and allow you to update your choices.

If you decline consent, only strictly necessary technologies required to operate the Site will function. Analytics tools will not load or transmit data.

How We Use the Information Collected

Information collected through the tracking technologies described above is used for the following purposes:

  • Understanding how visitors use our Site so we can improve the content and user experience
  • Measuring the performance of our website, including page load times and visit volumes
  • Responding to inquiries submitted through our contact form

We do not use any information collected on this Site for advertising, remarketing, or audience-building purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information to or with any third party.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data with the third-party vendors listed in the tracking technologies table above solely for the purposes described therein. Each vendor operates under its own privacy policy, linked in the table. We have Data Processing Agreements in place with our infrastructure vendors (AWS, Cloudflare, and Mailgun) governing their permitted use of any data they process on our behalf.

The only categories of third parties to whom we disclose personal information are our analytics providers and our infrastructure and service providers (for example, Google, Cloudflare, AWS, and Mailgun), each of which processes the information on our behalf for the limited purposes described in this policy. We do not disclose your information to advertising networks, data brokers, or other third parties, and we do not “sell” or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA and other U.S. state privacy laws.

California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”), and the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA), with respect to personal information we collect about you. These rights include: the right to know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the categories of sources, the business or commercial purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it; the right to request deletion of your personal information; the right to correct inaccurate personal information; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information); the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (we do not collect sensitive personal information for this purpose); and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights.

You may exercise these rights by contacting us using at least two methods: by email at [email protected] or by mail at the postal address listed in the “Contact Us” section below. We will verify your request by matching the information you provide with the information we maintain, and we will respond within the timeframes required by law (generally 45 days). You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to our verification of the agent’s authority.

Because our analytics tools do not load until you provide consent, and because we do not sell or share personal information, we treat an opt-out preference signal such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) transmitted by your browser as a valid request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information for that browser.

Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have similar rights under other U.S. state privacy laws, including those of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah, Oregon, Montana, and other states that have enacted comprehensive consumer privacy laws. These rights may include the right to confirm whether we process your personal data and to access it; the right to correct inaccuracies; the right to delete your personal data; the right to obtain a portable copy of your data; and the right to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling.

We do not engage in targeted advertising, sell personal data, or conduct profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Where required by applicable state law, we honor opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC).

If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal our decision by contacting us using the information in the “Contact Us” section below. If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to your state Attorney General.

Children’s Privacy

Our Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16, and we do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16.

Data Retention

We retain personal information collected through analytics tools only for the periods described in the vendor disclosure table above, after which it is deleted or de-identified. We retain each category of personal information for no longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Contact form submissions are not retained by our website platform after delivery. Server-side IP logs maintained by our hosting infrastructure (AWS via Cloudflare) are retained for a minimum of 30 days for security and operational purposes.

Changes to This Policy

We review this Privacy Policy at least every 12 months and will update it as our practices or applicable laws change. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice on the Site.
