"VRA's expertise in e-commerce business models and significant experience with enthusiast consumer brands really stood out to me when interviewing investment banking teams," said Eden Brothers CEO and Founder Sabine Randon, who will retain a significant ownership stake and continue leading the business day to day. "From the start, VRA showcased a strong understanding of our brand and how to tell our unique story, and the entire team remained deeply focused on my objectives and priorities throughout the process."
With a proven record of investing in and growing e-commerce business models serving enthusiast customer bases, Kian is well-positioned to drive continued expansion of the Company's product portfolio, channel exposure and educational content library. Kian will also seek out and support growth through strategic add-on acquisitions of well-aligned operators in the U.S. home, lawn and garden industries.
"Sabine

growth ahead. We're grateful they entrusted our team and are excited to see
what they'll achieve alongside Kian Capital," said VRA Managing Director,
