VRA Advises Meptik on its Sale to disguise
VRA Partners ("VRA") is pleased to announce
that Meptik
has completed a strategic sale to disguise, a portfolio company of The Carlyle
Group. VRA acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Meptik. Terms of the
transaction were not disclosed.
