VRA Advises Rogers Civil Construction on its Acquisition of Civil Sites Services
VRA is pleased to announce the acquisition of Civil Site Services, Inc. ("CSSi" or the "Company") by Rogers Civil Construction LLC ("Rogers Civil"), an entity formed by long-time industry veteran, Greg Rogers, for purposes of the acquisition. VRA acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Rogers Civil. Following the transaction, the Company will continue to operate under the name Civil Site Services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1990 by Ricky Harp, CSSi has become a leading full-service site development contractor for commercial projects in the growing Atlanta metropolitan area. Following the acquisition, CSSi will continue to leverage its team, infrastructure and market reputation for continued expansion.
