VRA Partners Advises Southwire on its Acquisition of ProBuilt Professional Lighting
VRA Partners, LLC is pleased to announce that Southwire Company, LLC ("Southwire") has acquired ProBuilt Professional Lighting, LLC. ("ProBuilt"), a manufacturer of high-quality, innovative lighting products for industrial and commercial applications. The transaction closed on August 30, 2018. VRA Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Southwire on this transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Southwire and its subsidiaries manufacture building wire and cable, metal-clad cable, portable and electronic cord products, OEM wire products and engineered products. Headquartered in Mundelein, Illinois, ProBuilt is widely recognized for designing unique, high-quality lighting solutions used on job sites. The business will relocate to Carrollton, Georgia, as a part of Southwire's Tools and Assembled Products business unit.
