VRA Partners Advises Southwire on its Acquisition of Topaz Lighting
VRA Partners, LLC is pleased to announce that Southwire Company, LLC ("Southwire") has acquired Topaz Lighting Corp. ("Topaz"), a manufacturer of electrical components and lighting products. The transaction closed on December 6, 2021. VRA Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Southwire on the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
