VRA is pleased to announce that The Vinyl Outlet, Inc. ("The Vinyl Outlet","TVO" or the "Company") has completed a strategic sale to Bertram Capital Management, LLC ("Bertram"). VRA acted as the exclusive financial advisor to The Vinyl Outlet. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
