VRA Partners Advises Weaver Parts on its Majority Recapitalization with Incline Equity Partners

VRA Partners, LLC is pleased to announce that Weaver Parts ("Weaver" or the "Company"), a leading value-added distributor of recycled OEM auto parts to collision and mechanical repair shops throughout the Southeast, has completed a majority recapitalization with Incline Equity Partners. VRA Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Weaver. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Based in Carnesville, GA, Weaver distributes both mechanical parts, such as engines and transmissions, as well as collision parts, including door assemblies, lights, fenders, trunk lids and hoods. The Company purchases vehicles at salvage auctions and distributes the recycled parts to its customer base of over 6,400 repair shops. In recent years, Weaver has achieved exceptional growth, distinguishing itself as a best-in-class operator and highly scalable platform company in an otherwise fragmented industry.
