VRA Partners Advises Main Street Capital Corporation on its Sale of Travis Body & Trailer to Truck Bodies & Equipment International

VRA Partners, LLC is pleased to announce that Travis Body & Trailer, Inc. ("Travis"), a leading manufacturer of all-aluminum dump trailers and a portfolio company of Main Street Capital Corporation ("Main Street") (NYSE: MAIN), has been acquired by Truck Bodies & Equipment International, Inc. ("TBEI"). VRA Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Main Street and Travis. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Based in Houston, Texas, Travis is a leading manufacturer of all-aluminum dump trailers, including end dump, bottom dump and transfer trailers, as well as several specialty application trailers. Travis serves customers in a variety of end markets, such as rendering, municipal solid waste, agriculture, recycling, energy, aggregates, underground utilities and construction. Since its founding in 1989, Travis has sold over 13,000 trailers.
