VRA Partners Advises Party City of Arizona and New Mexico on its Sale to Party City Corporation

Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, Party City of Arizona and New Mexico is one of the largest franchisees in the Party City system, operating 19 stores in Greater Phoenix, Tucson, Albuquerque and Santa Fe. The stores offer a broad assortment of specialty party supplies and paper goods consisting of brand name and private label merchandise for a wide variety of seasonal and non-seasonal (everyday) occasions. VRA Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Party City of Arizona and New Mexico. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
