VRA Partners Advises TayMac in its Sale to Hubbell
VRA Partners, LLC is pleased to announce that TayMac Corporation, a leading provider of indoor and outdoor electrical products, has been acquired by Hubbell Incorporated (NYSE: HUBA, HUBB), a Connecticut-based corporation. VRA Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to TayMac. The transaction closed on April 11, 2012. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1989 and based in Gilbert, Arizona, TayMac is a leading provider of indoor and outdoor electrical products. The Company's product line includes specification grade commercial and residential weatherproof-while-in-use safety outlet enclosures, a complete line of outdoor weatherproof products, and indoor wiring devices and wall plates, as well as other complementary products. TayMac sells its products under its own brand name and a number of private labels in the U.S. through home improvement retailers, electrical distributors and maintenance & repair organizations.
